I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option....

The product was good but it took a very long time to arrive. I think it was the best part of two weeks. I would have thought that this would have arrived in no more than twothree days....

This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered....
