The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. The boiler arrived promptly.
The driver had not been briefed to call ahead as requested and consequently was kept waiting for an hour.
Subsequent message via the website asking about flues and fittings has not been answered....
