Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. The admin staff kindly brought forward the 1 month long delivery time so that we could receive our bath before Christmas. Unfortunately it didnt arrive on said date, so had to wait until the store opened after New Year. Although the product was good value for money, the free delivery that attracted us to the website in the first place was outweighed by the long wait for the product. All members of staff we spoke to were helpful and polite....
