Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again....

Many thanks for your help dealing with this order. We had some difficulties and had to refund hinges and order a new seat but the help from your team was fantastic. Would happily recommend myTub to anyone.
