Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... I placed a small order for 6m of 15mm x 1mm thick copper tube which is an unusual size not commonly stocked. Between them Deborah and Christine managed to source the tube and get it safely delivered. Given service like this I will certainly use MyTube again....

The K1 Radiator panels arrived as per your advice. They fit OK and are exactly as described, being good value for money. The only criticism I have is that the packaging was dreadful. The corrugated cardboard they were packed in was completely missing at one end exposing the panels to possible scratching and damage. I pointed this out to your delivery man but he didnt seem too concerned. Luckily, on this occasion, the ends of the panels were not damaged, but it could happen next time....
