First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent....

We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard.
