Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards. Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self. One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery"....

Re Delivery. On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place. Only to be told that it would have to be signed for. When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time. Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived. If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch. All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me. I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it....
