After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. The products and delivery were first class and I would have no qualms about recommending MyTub to anyone! Thankyou MyTub....

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. fantastic service - my shower supplier plumbcenter said the item was unavailable yet my tub found the item made by plumbcentre..! and sent it to my local plumbcenter branch - jeanette from my tub was very helpful and i would use them again...

Good delivery service. Bath arrived earlier than expected. Kept informed on deliveries. Packages arrived in good condition. Drivers helpful - were on 1st floor & both were willing to help carry heavy good up the stairs. Price competitive. Would recommend to others....
