I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why

Fast service, delivered in 3 days well within the 7 to 10 day estimate but I have to say when I read that I was put off and nearly went to another company. Product exactly as ordered....

The order was processed quickly and delivered on the day which was emailed to me.
The address given to the driver via the delivery note did not however have the correct house number. Im sure I printed the address correctly. The driver phoned me and I was able to give the correct house number.
Overall Im happy with the service. Thank you....

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Radiator casing arrived early on the requested day and in good condition. However, the packaging was partially open, allowing the parts supplied to be visible.

As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
