Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.

First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. I accepted the quotation and asked for representatives to contact me to arrange payment, and subsequently provide me with prior notification of the delivery date.

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. I have bought numerous items for my gas fire and have always had very good service. Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order.
