Recently purchased a Rangemaster sink from My Tub. Service over the phone was friendly and professional Jeannette. Kept informed all the way through the process. It arrived when they said it would. Very happy with the overall service and would use MyTub again....

Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part.

I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Within a few hours the order was delivered. Top marks to everyone!...

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. I am so glad I found this site I saved over a £100 on two indesit washing machine parts. Not only that but delivery was so prompt I was amazed, the part turning up next day when it was estimated for a couple of days later. This site is really a great find for me. If you don't believe me do a check and compare the prices with any parts site you will see the difference well atleast for washing machine parts you will cus that's the items I have bought for off this site. Once again a great place to shop....
