A competitive price and good service. I experienced a delay in delivery as, apparently, the goods werent in stock when I placed the order....

Although order took a wee while, I was kept well informed about the delay. Would certainly buy from again. ...

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service....
