Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. The prices were very competitive,and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.

Very nice and sturdy unit with nice deep sink now fitted, but ... rather difficult to fit as:
a holes for plug and tap were not flat, so lots of silicone required to make neat and watertight
b only a hole on one side of the sink to secure to wall - could do with one on both sides to hold it stable
c no levelling adjusters provided on cabinet, and made unnecessarily complicated to level by having 5 fixed feet on it.
I would not buy this if I was getting someone else to fit, as they would not be able to fit it very well in the time they had allocated to the job.
Also think twice before buying a ready-assembled vanity unit if the pipework means you need to cut away the back at all - it is quite awkward to get at once assembled, whereas the parts of a self-assembly one can easily be cut o...

in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
