The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. Happy with delivery of new Toilet Seat, provided with regular update on delivery which arrived on date as advised. Felt that delivery could have been a little swifter however as had paid for item in good time but took a while for delivery, regular updates however were reassuring. Will use again....

I did wonder when I had an e-mail delaying delivery confirmation for a week, but 3 days later delivery was was confirmed and Sunvic valve and actuator arrived on the day quoted. I will have no hesitation in buying from you again....

The order arrived at the date predicted. The order took some time to materialise due to. production problems at Potterton. The old central heating programmer is "behaving itself" at present but it will be replaced by the new one when it gives further trouble...
