Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.

good service and price, only downside was that some of the parts were loose in the box and I was lucky they were not damaged.

As the goods are delivered buy our own guys from branch, there is no need for excessive packing, the goods are loaded and delivered to you the same day.

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.

The goods you ordered are specialist commercial and not a common item. I also see there where 3 items to your order but only one was stock checked which maybe the result in your disappointment, I am sorry you have been inconvenienced.
Our notes system logs you in and takes you to where you reply from a one click link in the email.
