Hi,
Items were delivered in good time, however one point I would like to make is that the 3m length of chrome plated copper tube was in fact 2x 1.5m lengths.
For me, this is fine as the tube is intended to be cut into 3 pieces for supplying a chrome towel rail and supply into a shower, however for someone else this could have affected their installation.
Can you identify this some how withinthe detail on your website or even sell it in 1.5m lengths instead of 1x 3m length
Otherwise, everything was as expected.

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords. ...
