After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub...

Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the price of the items that I ordered through yourselves, and delivered by Plumb Centre, and the much higher prices shown for the same items on the Plumb Centre website!...

We ordered a product from MyTub which was acknowledged immediately. Later the same day we had a message saying it had been dispatched via TNT. When after 4 or 5 days the parcel hadnt arrived. I contacted MyTub, who immediately acknowledged receipt of my email, then later that day replied that TNT had lost the item and they were dispatching another parcel that day. This arrived on the day they had promised. Their service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending this company....

Dear MyTub,
Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded.
