Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.

Whilst awaiting obscure none stocked parts so obscure I don't believe another company is selling online we like to keep you informed that we are chasing the manufacture for delivery as they can take some time to come in. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!
