Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate....
