The overall experience with my purchase from "My Tub" was first class. I needed to talk to a representative, who was extremely helpful. I was regularly updated in respect of the progress of my order, right up to delivery, which was precisely when they said it would be.

Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Although delivery took over a month, this was a part for a piece of equipment nearly 20 years old and myTub were one of the few places I found who could supply it, we were kept updated on the delivery schedule and your staff were very helpful when I chased the order. I would use myTub again....
