I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.
I am happy with my purchase with my tub as not only I received great customer service, you are also the cheapest I could find.
Thanks

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....

I have been looking for this part for 18 months, and no one seemed to be able to supply it until I found My Tub Ltd,not only did they have the part but delivered it to my door in less than a week. Many many thanks....

Thank you for a quick and efficient service. It was especially pleasing to be able to source what must be a rarely ordered, obscure, component. It was also good to do so without the punitive pricing available elsewhere. ...
