I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. My order was dealt with in a very efficient manner, and when I did need to speak to a member of staff, they were helpful and offered good advice. My order was delivered on time and well packed. I would use Mytub again. Thanks for your good service....

Excellent communication system - my order had quite a number of lines on it so several deliveries.
My only small criticism is with the plumb centre order picking - all small items were just dumped into one big plastic bag, thus a large number of pipe fittings, inserts of various sizes etc all loose together in one bag. When we de-kitted and checked the contents to the delivery note there were a couple of shortages.
Again, comms with yourselves was very good during process. Issue resolved as I just walked up to the plumb centre branch and picked up the shortages.
Otherwise, will certainly recommend mytub in the future and likely use yourselves again.

Initial enquiry about an alternative product to the now discontinued line was swiftly answered and order placed. This was then very quickly delivered. I was very impressed with the service received and would most certainly consider using them again....
