Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted.

Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped...

Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..
Other than that, all good....

Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Overall really happy with the service I received. Thank you...

Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

Excellent customer service. I had to call as I needed to collect the item ordered urgently, I made 3 calls and spoke to 2 people. They could not have been more helpful, they located and contacted the nearest delivery site and emailed the details to me....
