I had to chase up my delivery but the service I received after contacting MyTub was fine. Goods then were received within 3 days. Would I use this company again Yes...

The materials I needed Wavin were for a French drain, and it was very convenient to see the associated parts listed on one page. Response was excellent and so was delivery. Thank you....

I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here....

Thank for trying to supply me with the parts but without the O rings the job cannot go ahead.
Will have to think about what to do next.
The main thing is I now know about you.
Cheers ,Ian Garrod...
