Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Order was placed two weeks ago. Never heard a word. Emailed to find out

in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
