We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again. ...

To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. The loo seat arrived on time and has been wrapped as a Christmas present !. As the contents wont be properly checked till Christmas Day I hope that in the unlikely event there is a problem, therell be no problem with your terms and conditions, which I confess to not having read properly.
