One of the best companies you can deal with
always quick to accommodate you
And the order is outside your door before you got time to order ...

A little confusion between myself and sales team.
However, I still received the order some days later.
Saved me looking elsewhere.
Thanks....

Thank you for your very prompt attention to my order and for the immediate refund of postage as I am having the parts delivered to my local agent. A very good and efficient process entirely.
Thank you....

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves....

Still waiting for my item, wrong item delivered and now told correct item not in stock. This is contrary to the stock enquiry information I was given when I placed my order. This is now holding up my builder and I will now possibly be charged for the delay in his time.
Can you please update me when my order will arrive
Thanks.

Very prompt replies. Good service. Slow despatch explained by company. However I felt the price for postage was exorbitant and would not shop again for this reason. ...
