The Contessa Bath 1500 x 700 was delivered as promised ! The bath is installed and was exactly what I wanted. I am just a bit upset that I had to pay about £42.00 more than your advertised price for this item ....

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. Just wish to comment on the recent experience with MyTub.
Espeically Steven based in Newcastle, was very helpful throughout the entire process- and the driver who got x24 pans from around all your branches to our offices in Bury. I was advised that they even included x1 free of charge which shows that this company go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
