Very Good Price, But:
Ordered 2 Entice WC seats, after receiving a delivery time lead time update email at 0908 hrs confirming 2-3 days delivery.
After order placed @10.08 hrs same morning, delivery time then quoted as 12 days out. Not good...

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Please be aware that all goods were received safe and sound, but had to be repackaged by your courier PTS as the weight and volume of goods were too much for the padded envelope used....

MyTub have one of the best websites I have ever used. I can find almost anything I need without fuss and without rip off prices. On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. This is the second time I have used MyTub and it will not be the last I am sure....

Thank you for the service that exceeded expectations, especially when your staff contacted me by telephone to advise that the part was obsolete, but then they went the extra mile to search and source the item from another suppliers old stock.
