Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days....

Very pleased with goods, had searched for days to find the exact basin I was looking for and found it straight away on mytub! Ordered and received everything in excellent order.
Would recommend to anyone quality etc is exactly as stated and the service is excellent.
Have given out the website address to a few friends so hopefully they should order from mytub, a great website, good value and extremely helpful with any queries!

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you....
