Prompt delivery and good communication. Confusing stock check feature which goes off to some form about nationwide distributors. I just added it to the cart and bought it from the product page, but nothing said you had it in stock. Would it have told me if it was unavailable

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it.
No complaints on any level of system, product or service.
