It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....

Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). And as an added bonus, mytub offer free delivery on orders over £25, a rare treat amongst suppliers these days.
However, my initial delight was short-lived. An estimated delivery of 10 days...surely you can do better than that. In fact, if it wasn't for an email on the 5th day to the support department regarding the order, it probably would've been longer than 10 days, since the order hadn't been processed.
Once the order was processed though, the part arrived within 2 days. A perfect match for the removed item, and it installed without any problems.
So, despite the rather long waiti...
