Im happy with the service from My Tub. The team was very helpful in finding an alternative item for me when my original order counldnt be completed.
The team sent pictures of the item to help me make a decision and processed a refund as the alternative was cheaper than my original order,
Very happy with the teams overall service level and would use My Tub again.

I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. ordered two parts one was wrong when delivered. Phoned office they ordered correct part and it was delivered next day. Things do go wrong and it shows how good a company is in how they put it right in this case top marks. Will use MyTub again Great Service....
