On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. The heating controller was a direct slip-in replacement for the old version I had been enjoying over very many years, and is working well. The only problem with the old one was that the control button for the CH function was becoming very intermittent....
