Good communication about delivery. When I queried the product that was delivered compared to what I ordered this was replied to quickly and satisfactorily. Will use again....

Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service....

Ordering online was easy and the delivery date 10 days later, whilst taking a little longer than most, was met on target and the correct item was dispatched. My only concern was that the item came wrapped only in a thin plastic which was badly torn but luckily there was no damage to the basin. However, it seems more by chance and it would have been better if had cardboard packaging to prevent possible damage to what is a fragile item. The was my first experience using My Tub and I would definitely no hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to other. Thank you.

Dear Miranda
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, this is how sanitaryware comes from the manufactures, as we do not use couriers to transport chinaware there ...

very good service, our order was delivered when we were informed it would be, a fast and satisfactory service. The web site was easy to use on a lap-top. The product was exactly what it should be. I shall use My Tub again should the need arise. Many Thanks
