Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....
