The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Top notch for parts accuracy and delivery! I had a broken Mira shower constantly leaking. Other suppliers quoted 23 week delivery obsolete model, sir. MyTub found the part and promised 48 hour delivery for an extra £10 it was deivered the next day. Highly recommended....
