I was very happy with service, in particular with responses to email queries.
Delivery was a little slow but did appreciate that you delivered to Rep of Ireland. Id be happy to recommend my Tub.

What an amazing service. I ordered two soft close loo seats, I was given a courtesy call to check I’d ordered the correct one. The toilet seats were subsequently dispatched and arrived the next day.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor....
