I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Thank you for the toilet handle it works perfectly. The wait was a bit long but
acceptable. I think you should add the vat on before adding the postage.
It beats having to have a new toilet fitted....
