Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Mytub communications were excellent. I have found in the past a good company is one that when there is a problem with goods or service they deal with it ASAP rather than making numerous excuses. I did have a problem with the order, which was no fault of Mytub, my emails were answered very quickly and politely. The problem I had was resolved and I was kept up to date all the way until I received my goods. Well done Mytub....

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Perfect! It was delivered a few days later and was just what I wanted. A really great experience and very much appreciated. Thanks....

My Tub were very helpful in identifying and sourcing the part that I needed for our shower. I sent them photos, which they forwarded to the manufacturer and quickly came back to me to let me know what part was required. The part was sent through and arrived on the specified date. It has since been fitted and works a treat. Thank you My Tub and Laurie who did the investigation work....
