The Customer Service at mytub were exceptional. The Roca corner sink and towel rail I had been searching the internet for I could not locate anywhere, but a quick call to mytub, not only located the sink in the UK but also located the towel rail at the manufactures in Spain.
A friendly service, who kept me informed throughout the search.
Would highly recommend mytub.

Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. My one criticism is that some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as they either show the wrong item or additional items which are not in fact included....

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic level of service offered to me by your sales representative Christine. Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Fast delivery which is always appreciated, however the product I ordered has a manufactures life time guarntee but the product was delivered without any manufacturers paperwork

The manufacture does not send us any paper work however there garantee still stands on the Eddy electronic water descaler/conditioner
