I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I am so glad I found this site I saved over a £100 on two indesit washing machine parts. Not only that but delivery was so prompt I was amazed, the part turning up next day when it was estimated for a couple of days later. This site is really a great find for me. If you don't believe me do a check and compare the prices with any parts site you will see the difference well atleast for washing machine parts you will cus that's the items I have bought for off this site. Once again a great place to shop....
