Excellent service - we actually got what we wanted, on time delivery and the cost was competitive.

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. I was looking some parts for my Be Modern gas fire. It is an old model and parts aren’t easy to find. But I was able to obtain all the items I needed from the MyTub website.

Very disappointed that when I ordered online that was told soon afterwards that my order was about 6 weeks delivery - surely in this day and age of computers that stock levels should relate to whats available off the shelf.
Then had to pay another £60 plus to get same taps from another supplier. :0

Unfortunately this is the nature of the UK's plumbing industry, no one UK company stocks everything and also has stock on the shelves at all times. There are minimum orders that manufactures deliver so if you wish to save money you may have to wait a while. As you have discovered in this instance if you need it now you have had to go elsewhere and spend £60 more than MyTub would have charged...

Items received the next day after ordering. Ordered 2 x Bristan W BTH17 discontinued & received 2 x Bristan W BATH05, which is presumably the new replacement model. Very quick & efficient service....

My ordered items are as described, and delivered on a day date that tailored my convenience. I did specify within the notes of my order the day date, for which was acknowledged by a representative through email and delivered. The service was great, the price great, perhaps to improve further the efficiency of the company, a time frame could have been allocated 7-12 or 12-6 as examples. Otherwise, excellent service and I would recommended mytub in the future....
