Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted....
