Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Good delivery service. Bath arrived earlier than expected. Kept informed on deliveries. Packages arrived in good condition. Drivers helpful - were on 1st floor & both were willing to help carry heavy good up the stairs. Price competitive. Would recommend to others....

Many thanks for all your help in securing the special bath needed. Your price was by far the cheapest, but above all the advise and service was first class Steve callbacks and updates was a level of customer service I had forgotten existed. I would be happy to recommend My Tub to anyone.

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
