Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.
Still convinced you write the rave reviews yourself.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
I am really sorry we did not keep you informed as we should have and normaly do.

Did try to order part from another supplier waited one week only to be told part not available and had been on back order for 3 months.
Contacted MyTub and they had it on the shelf fitted within 5 days.

Very disappointed that when I ordered online that was told soon afterwards that my order was about 6 weeks delivery - surely in this day and age of computers that stock levels should relate to whats available off the shelf.
Then had to pay another £60 plus to get same taps from another supplier. :0

Unfortunately this is the nature of the UK's plumbing industry, no one UK company stocks everything and also has stock on the shelves at all times. There are minimum orders that manufactures deliver so if you wish to save money you may have to wait a while. As you have discovered in this instance if you need it now you have had to go elsewhere and spend £60 more than MyTub would have charged...
