I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long. ...
