Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. First class service and price! I ordered the cistern lunchtime Tuesday and it was delivered 9.30 am Thursday. I was kept up-to-date on progress of the order at regular intervals.The price, including delivery, was easily the cheapest I could find.

Although there was a delay in your obtaining the items I ordered, I was kept advised of progress with the order and it was delivered on the day promised once you had sourced the components.
Perhaps when there is going to be such a delay in this case 16 October to 11 November it might be fairer not to collect payment until nearer the known delivery date.
Overall I have found your service to be a good standard....
