I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath....

First class service and price! I ordered the cistern lunchtime Tuesday and it was delivered 9.30 am Thursday. I was kept up-to-date on progress of the order at regular intervals.The price, including delivery, was easily the cheapest I could find.

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Cant fault your service at all, even though the dispatch was delayed you kept me very well informed all the time. Will certainly use you again.

Very good service goods arrived earlier than expected.
I would suggest that if you can get the goods out as quickly as you did you should advise the customer of this.
i expected the delivery in 45 days and received it next day there are a number of instances where given a 4 day delivery i would have looked elsewhere...
