My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered.
